A bright red enameled block with a cord running through its center is shown freely. The block slides easily from end to end of the cord while in the hands of a spectator, yet upon the performer taking it, the block will stop at a command while the cord is being help upright.
The block will move fast or slow, or will answer questions by stops and starts - twice for yes, once for no; in fact it will do the performer’s bidding at all times. Involving a novel principle it will fool the wise ones, and no amount of examination will reveal the cause of its strange behavior. Excellent estate condition. Circa 1960.
